Your Role

  • Executing share schemes advisory tasks, including EMI and CSOP design and drafting, growth share design and implementation, share valuations, and the preparation of share schemes sections of due diligence reports.
  • Nurturing and guiding junior team members.
  • Mastering billing and client management to ensure optimal service delivery.
