Job details Job description Here’s an opportunity to redefine your career path within a firm that truly understands that success at work goes hand in hand with balance in life.

We’re working with a well-established, mid-tier firm that’s built an exceptional reputation in private client tax and financial planning.

The partners have created a culture of trust, collaboration, and professional respect — one that empowers people to grow without the corporate politics often found elsewhere.

This firm’s private client team is one of the best in its class, led by multiple specialist partners and supported by strong internal resources.

They take pride not only in the quality of their advice, but in how they develop and support their people.

You’ll be part of a team where partners are approachable, engaged, and genuinely invested in your personal and professional wellbeing.

The Role As a Private Client Tax Manager, you’ll manage your own portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and family clients.

The work is a healthy mix of compliance and advisory, including income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, residence and domicile planning, and trust matters.

You’ll review and oversee tax returns prepared by the team, advise on complex planning assignments, and work closely with partners on bespoke client projects — from structuring advice to succession planning.

The role offers real variety, visibility, and the chance to mentor more junior team members as you grow your leadership skills.

Why This Opportunity?A culture of respect, balance, and trust — not bureaucracy.

Excellent track record of internal progression (Senior Manager achievable within 12–24 months).

Hybrid and flexible working designed around you.

High-quality private client and trust work across diverse, interesting cases.

A stable, friendly team with low staff turnover and genuine collaboration.

If you’re looking for a firm where you’ll be recognised for your contribution, supported in your ambitions, and surrounded by professionals who share your values, this could be the next move.
