Job details Job description Corporate Tax Manager | Broad Advisory Role Want significantly more corporate tax advisory work without becoming narrowly focused on transactions?
You will advise on restructures, M&A, management buyouts, tax due diligence, succession planning, capital allowances and R&D, alongside managing and reviewing more complex corporate tax work.
The client base is equally varied, including entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses, investment companies, landed estates and international groups.
The firm The firm is part of a growing accountancy and business advisory group that has expanded its regional presence and wider tax capability in recent years.
It offers the breadth and resources of a larger practice while maintaining direct Partner involvement with clients and advisory projects.
