Hybrid Working + Progression to Senior Leadership
Manage a Quality Portfolio in a Firm That’s Big Enough to Challenge, Small Enough to Care
We’re working with a nationally recognised accountancy and advisory firm with a strong regional presence and an international outlook. Known for their collaborative culture and technical excellence, they support a wide range of mid-market and entrepreneurial clients across key sectors. This is a firm where your career can thrive — with structured progression, interesting work, and a culture that genuinely supports flexibility and balance.
Responsibilities
You’ll take the lead on a varied portfolio of corporate clients, ranging from local owner-managed businesses to larger UK and international groups. The work is diverse — from corporate tax compliance and reviewing returns to high-quality advisory projects such as group restructures, transactions, due diligence, and international structuring.
This role is more than technical delivery. You’ll manage and mentor junior staff, contribute to business development initiatives, and work closely with senior leaders across the wider team. It’s a supportive culture where ideas are heard, and progress is based on merit — not politics.
Work style
With flexible and hybrid working on offer, this is a firm that understands the value of work-life balance while still providing challenge, variety, and a genuine path to Senior Manager and Director.
