We are a nationwide charity providing support and care to older people in the vibrant boroughs of Brent and Harrow. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has the ability to develop and co-ordinate a stimulating and relevant range of activities for our clients. You will be developing activities in a collaborative manner ensuring that they meet clients' goals, improve their wellbeing and enhance social inclusion.

This is a fulfilling and fun-filled role, with a large scope for personal and professional development. You must be a proactive and creative person with the patience and warmth required when working in social care. You will be approachable, with a kind and effervescent disposition. You must be able to work alone using your own initiative as well as enjoying working in a team environment. Knowledge of the local community in Brent and Harrow will be advantageous.

In return for your commitment, you will enjoy visible and supportive management from our team. We will provide all reasonable equipment required for activity sessions. You will be based across our services in Brent and Harrow. Working hours will be spread across 3-4 days a week, generally within the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. There will be an expectation to work on some evenings and weekends, so flexibility will be required.
