Creative Support is seeking an experienced Team Leader to coordinate learning disabilities supported housing schemes and domiciliary services across Blackpool. You will deploy staff to meet individual needs, identify mandatory and service-specific training, and undertake initial assessments to develop co-produced support plans with designated Key Workers. You will drive person-centred reviews and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
