Key Responsibilities- Supporting residents to improve their mental health and emotional wellbeing
- Helping people sustain their tenancies and reduce the risk of homelessness
- Encouraging the development of independent living skills, including budgeting, money management, and maintaining a safe home environment
- Supporting individuals to engage with landlords and accommodation providers
- Signposting residents to other services that can help meet their needs
- Supporting individuals with substance‑misuse related issues where appropriate
- Assisting people to access opportunities such as education, employment, training, healthcare, and community opportunities
- Experience providing care and support to people with housing‑related support needs
- A clean, valid driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role
