As a member of our team, you will support people with a physical disability, helping them with daily tasks to promote independence and lead fulfilling, valued lives.
Your Role Will Include
- Providing practical and emotional support to people with physical disabilities and complex health needs
- Developing the independence of service users by supporting them to access the community
- Working effectively as part of a team and working on your own initiative
