We’re looking for caring, energetic and motivated people to join our team supporting three fantastic gentlemen who live together in a welcoming bungalow with a lovely outdoor space in Stourbridge, Dudley.

The gentlemen require support with aspects of daily living, but also love to get out and about in the community. Whether it’s going shopping, enjoying a coffee, attending activities or simply spending time in their garden, you’ll play a key role in helping them live full and meaningful lives.

About the Role

  • Support daily living – Assist with personal care, mobility, eating and drinking, and health needs, ensuring dignity and respect.
  • Enjoy activities together – Accompany the gentlemen on trips out, whether that’s a coffee in town, shopping, a day out in the community, or enjoying the garden at home.
  • Encourage independence – Help each person to make choices, develop skills and take part in meaningful activities.
  • Promote wellbeing – Offer companionship, encouragement and emotional support so that each lady feels valued and included.
  • Work in partnership – Build strong, positive relationships with families and professionals to ensure the best possible support.

You don’t need previous experience in care – what matters most are the right values, compassion and a genuine desire to help others. We’ll provide full training and ongoing support.

This is a genuinely rewarding role where you will make a real difference in the lives of four inspiring women every day.
