Position: Relief/Bank Recovery Support Worker.
Provide person‑centred care and support to service users with mental health needs at our Nursing and Residential homes services in Stoke.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ad‑hoc cover on the rota to satisfy sickness, annual leave, training and vacancies.
- Work with service users in a recovery‑focused manner consistent with their support and risk management plans, adopting a person‑centred approach such as assisting with breakfast, swimming, café visits or holiday planning.
Shift Pattern: Includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Qualifications: A minimum of twelve months care experience is essential.
