Creative Support is a busy and dynamic national health and social care charity with a track record in providing high quality, person centred support services in over 70 Local Authorities. We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Social Media Officer to join our growing Marketing and Communications team.
The Social Media Officer will, alongside the Head of Marketing and Communications, oversee Creative Support's social media channels and content. Working collaboratively with the Communications and Multimedia teams, they will ensure our social media content is relevant, creative and engaging. They will also establish a network of colleagues across the country to oversee local social media pages, ensuring pages are well-maintained and frequently updated with exciting content.
You will have a strong work ethic and the ability to form relationships across the organisation. As a creative professional, you will have good instincts regarding what makes engaging content. You will have a good understanding of the social media platforms Creative Support uses, such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn and be able to use analytics and feedback to evaluate our output. A genuine interest in the health and social care sector is essential.
Continuous professional development will be provided but you must be able to work independently, willing to work flexibly and positively meet the changing needs of the organisation. You will be based at our friendly Stockport head office with other hard working and highly performing people.
