We are seeking a Senior Quality Practitioner with expertise in learning disabilities services for an exciting role that will significantly contribute to quality assurance across the organisation. The role will lead on quality improvement assignments and the development of processes across our organisation, particularly those services registered with CQC and providing support to service users with complex health needs.
You will be based in our Quality Department, where you will be well supported by a highly experienced and established team who have been together in their current work for over 10 years. The quality department also oversees the social care governance structure, analysis of quality data to ensure prevention strategies are used, and identification of trends and themes which form part of good practice awareness campaigns. The department ensures policies, procedures, and robust quality systems are in place.
There is a key focus on promoting good interdepartmental working to ensure the highest standards of support are provided to people in our care. Furthermore, we ensure a coproduction and inclusive approach with the people we support in their own medication choices, rights, and preferences.
