Up to £13.40 per hour / £26,130.00 per annum. Stockport, Greater Manchester. Full-Time. Creative Support’s Property Services Department is a busy and supportive team with a positive working culture. We are looking to recruit a Property Services Administrator to join our team, working from our offices in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative skills within a national not‑for‑profit housing provider.

Responsibilities

  • Raising purchase orders for cyclical and responsive works
  • Tracking jobs raised through departmental helpdesks
  • Following up on actions arising from Fire Risk Assessments
  • Ordering surveys
  • Organising access to properties
  • Maintaining accurate records and property databases
  • Supporting coordination of contractors
  • Responding to internal and external enquiries
  • Ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the department
