Creative Support is a busy and dynamic national health and social care charity with a track record in providing high quality, person centred support services in over 70 Local Authorities. We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Multimedia Officer to join our growing Marketing and Communications team. The Multimedia Officer will produce engaging video, audio and photography projects, co-produced with the people we support and our staff. You will assist the Marketing and Communications Manager in the planning of multimedia projects, and you will be responsible for the recording and editing processes, ensuring that all projects produced are of a high standard. You will have a strong work ethic and the ability to form relationships across the organisation. The content you create will be used in our social media, website, magazines, podcasts and more.
As a creative professional, you will have an excellent storytelling ability, with good instincts regarding what makes engaging content. You will have relevant knowledge and experience of videography, photography and/or audio production. You will be confident in using Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition and Photoshop and you will be keen to further your knowledge. A genuine interest in the health & social care sector is essential.
Continuous professional development will be provided but you must be able to work independently, willing to work flexibly and positively meet the changing needs of the organisation. You will be based at our friendly Stockport head office with other hard working and highly performing people.

- Assist the Marketing and Communications Manager in planning multimedia projects.
- Record and edit multimedia content to a high standard.
- Form relationships across the organisation to support project outcomes.
- Ensure content is suitable for use on social media, website, magazines, podcasts and other channels.
- Relevant knowledge and experience of videography, photography and/or audio production.
- Confident in using Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition and Photoshop; keen to further knowledge.
- Strong storytelling ability and instinct for engaging content.
- A genuine interest in the health and social care sector.
- Ability to work independently, willingness to work flexibly, and adapt to changing needs.
- Based at or able to work from the Stockport head office (UK).
Full training is provided, with the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
