Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Platinum Investors in People HR Team as a HR Legal Administrator. The role supports the Head of People in managing the pre‑litigation process for employee tribunal claims and employment dispute resolution, ensuring compliance with the Employment Rights Act 2025 and GDPR guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of People in working closely with solicitors, preparing and checking legal documentation.
- Manage the pre‑litigation process for employee tribunal claims.
- Support employment dispute resolution and ensure cases progress efficiently.
- Gather and check large amounts of data, prepare reports, and meet tight legal deadlines.
- Oversee all Subject Access Requests, ensuring timely provision of information in line with GDPR.
Qualifications
- Quick learner with a strong willingness to take on new challenges.
- Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Confident in speaking and corresponding with employees and management in person, over the phone and via email.
- Previous HR experience is beneficial, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
