We are a large national charity with our Head office based in Stockport, looking for an experienced Finance Senior to work in our friendly Finance Payables team, responsible for processing transactions and resolving supplier queries, ensuring payments to suppliers are accurately processed, and supporting the team in ensuring tasks are completed on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Process supplier transactions and resolve supplier queries.
- Ensure payments to suppliers are accurately processed.
- Support the Finance Payables team in daily task completion and reliability of processing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail; well organised with good customer service skills.
- Good IT experience.
- Previous experience or knowledge of working with Purchase Ledger systems is essential.
- AAT qualification is desirable, and the organisation is able to offer support in working toward the qualification.
Location and Eligibility
Our Head Office is located in close proximity to transport links into Manchester City Centre, with Stockport train station a 10-minute walk away.
