Creative Support is a large and successful not-for-profit social care charity, supporting over 6,000 vulnerable adults nationally, and a provider of social housing. This role is an opportunity to be a part of our large finance team based in Stockport.
Your work will focus on identifying receipts into our bank accounts, and ensuring that these are correctly coded and allocated on the customers’ accounts, as well as identifying any process changes that will improve our processes. You will also be trained to work across a range of customer portals and be part of a team responsible for maintaining appropriate oversight of these portals.
You will need to be well organised, with good customer service skills, and have good IT experience, with particular emphasis on MS Excel, and have excellent accuracy and attention to detail. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a finance role, as well as support to obtain an AAT qualification.
