Creative Support is seeking warm, reliable and proactive Female Support Workers for our supported living services in Stockport. We provide person-centred care and support to enable women with a learning disability and complex needs to enjoy active and fulfilled lives.
Responsibilities
- You will support service users by providing respectful personal care and support with daily living tasks at home and varied activities in the community.
- Some of the people we support have health or behaviour support needs and will need your skilled support to maintain their health and wellbeing.
- You will be expected to use personalised communication approaches and to develop trusting relationships with the people we support and their families.

Development and Training
Creative Support’s Development Pathway offers a structured induction and values-led training to help staff grow from entry-level to leadership roles.
