Creative Support is seeking warm, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our friendly team as Support Workers at our supported living services in Scunthorpe. In this role, you will use your ability to recognize nonverbal forms of communication and inspire residents to participate in a variety of engaging activities. Our residents enjoy arts and crafts, going for drives, attending parties and meals out, socializing, and reconnecting with family members.
Your responsibilities will include providing personal care, administering medication, and assisting with domestic tasks such as shopping and attending medical appointments. You will encourage service users to take part in social activities, both within their homes and in the wider community. Building warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families is central to this role, ensuring they fully enjoy their time with us.
Hours can be full-time or part-time, worked flexibly over seven days to meet the needs of the service. Creative Support’s Development Pathway offers a structured induction and values‑led training to help staff grow from entry‑level to leadership roles. It empowers career progression through tailored learning aligned with national strategies and the WE CARE framework. Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
