Overview
£12.60 per hour plus rolled up holiday pay. Cannock, Staffordshire. Relief/Bank. We are seeking a warm, respectful, and reliable Relief Support Worker to join our service in Cannock. This role involves supporting people with learning disabilities and ensuring they enjoy the highest quality of life, with ample opportunities for personal development and fulfilment. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the Cannock service and create a vibrant, welcoming community based on an individualised, modern model of social care. You will assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing plans with service users and their families, working positively and proactively with multi-agency professionals. You will adhere to Creative Support’s principles of opportunity, choice, and well-being, aiming for positive outcomes for those we support. As a nurturing professional, you will use your skills and experience to provide personalised, bespoke services. A minimum of twelve months’ experience is essential, you will be paid weekly.
