Our supported living services in Bradford offer personalized support to adults with learning disabilities, each with unique needs. To continue providing this care, we are looking for warm, motivated, and person-centred Relief Support Workers passionate about delivering personalized support tailored to individual care plans.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing respectful and practical emotional support to our service users
- Enhancing social opportunities and community engagement
- Building and maintaining warm, trusting relationships with service users
- Collaborating with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure coordinated and consistent services
We offer flexible payment options, allowing you to choose between weekly or monthly payments. While having a car is desirable for this role, it is not a requirement.
Requirements:
- At least twelve months of experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
- A warm and person-centred approach
- A relevant professional qualification is desirable but not essential
