The predicted salary is between 21600 - 36000 £ per year.

We are recruiting warm, person centred, and highly motivated individuals to work with people with learning disabilities in the St Helens area. Your role will include:

  • Providing respectful personal care, practical and emotional support to service users
  • Maximising service user outcomes by working towards greater independence and social inclusion
  • Involving service users in decisions about the care and support they receive and their lives
  • Collaborating with service users, families and involved professionals to provide a consistent service that best meets the needs and preferences of service users

It is expected that you will work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the service. Experience is essential for this role. You will have a warm, caring nature, and a commitment to making a positive difference in people's lives. This unique and challenging opportunity will provide you with an environment that encourages personal and professional development.

As a Creative Support Bank Staff member you will have access to our free app which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country, provides information on the service and shifts as well as directions. You will be paid weekly.
