We are recruiting motivated, warm individuals for the role of Relief Recovery Support Workers to provide person-centred care and support to people with mental health needs at our Nursing and Residential homes services in Stoke. Your role will include: Providing ad-hoc cover on the rotas to cover instances such as sickness, annual leave, training and vacancies. Working with service users in a recovery-focused way in line with their support and risk management plans with a person centred approach, assisting someone to make their breakfast in the morning, go swimming or to a local cafe in the afternoon – or even helping them plan their holidays. Sometimes it is challenging, but it is always rewarding. You will go to work knowing that you are making a positive difference to someone\’s life. You will be working in a team of skilled, dedicated colleagues who will support you all the way. A minimum of twelve months care experience is essential for this role. The shift pattern includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays. As a Creative Support Bank Staff member you will have access to our free app which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country, provides information on the service and shifts as well as directions.
