We are seeking calm, resourceful individuals who are highly motivated, hardworking and keen to support older people living in Harrow, in a proactive and holistic manner. As a Relief Extra Care Support Worker, you will have well-honed skills in positive communication and engagement, you will also demonstrate unconditional positive regard for all our service users.
The role involves supporting individuals to maintain a healthy state of wellbeing, mentally, physically and emotionally. Empowering individuals to be happy, healthy, and successful in achieving their life goals is at the core of what we do.
You must have a willingness to embrace all aspects of support, including personal care, domestic tasks, and assistance with accessing work, education and social opportunities. Flexibility is essential, as you will work on a roster basis, including evenings.
