Job Overview
We\’re seeking calm, resourceful Relief Support Workers who are highly motivated, hardworking, and eager to support older people in a proactive and holistic way. Your skills in positive communication and engagement, along with your ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for all our service users, will be essential for our service in Brent, London.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals in maintaining a healthy state of wellbeing, mentally, physically, and emotionally, empowering them to achieve their life goals.
- Provide personal care and domestic tasks, and assist individuals in accessing work, education, and social opportunities.
- Work flexibly on a roster basis, including evenings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a care setting.
Location
Our service is conveniently located minutes away from several bus stops and an 8-10 minute walk from Queensbury tube station.
