Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in recruitment? Or perhaps you are an existing recruitment or office administrator who is looking to apply their experience in a challenging new role within a non-for-profit organisation? We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Support Administrator to join us within our busy Creative Support Recruitment Department. This unique role places you at the heart of our recruitment experience so that we can continue to deliver safe and effective people-centred support. Based at our Creative Support Head Office in Stockport, just 10 minutes on the train from Manchester City Centre and plenty of public transport links, you will support our busy Recruitment Department with general administrative duties, maintaining and organising confidential documentation and oversee the professional standards of interviews taking place nationally across our services. This will be a varied, rewarding role with a focus on data-driven reporting alongside an emphasis on high standards of customer service. You will be required to build and establish positive, working relationships across internal and external stakeholders and show a commitment to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes.
The ideal candidate will work in line with our company values promoting independence, inclusion and wellbeing throughout the role. They will need to demonstrate relevant experience and commitment to the highest level of customer service, using their own initiative and be pro-active in their approach to delivering the job criteria. They will also need a willingness to work flexibly to the needs of the department and prioritise effectively, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time, office based role working predominantly Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00.
