This particular service supports individuals to actively progress along their mental health recovery journey through support planning, proactive keyworking, the delivery of structured courses, therapeutic activities and signposting to appropriate services.
Creative Support is a non-profit organisation which provides high quality person centred social care services for people with learning disabilities, mental health and other needs. We are looking for person centred individuals who are well motivated, hardworking and keen to join our friendly team.
You will work with a caseload of service users to develop individual goals and coordinate a Recovery focussed package of support which will enhance their quality of life and provide opportunities for greater social inclusion within the wider community. You will engage with service users to build trusting, therapeutic relationships and use a psychologically minded approach whilst maintaining professional boundaries and working within Creative Support's Recovery Model to encourage positive mental health and coping skills.
We have a particular interest in applicants who have local knowledge of the Solihull area, specifically mental health services and relevant third sector organisations.
