We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and committed individual to join our friendly and experienced team as a Senior Support Worker at our supported accommodation service in Blackburn. Our 24-hour supported living service provides outcome-focused support to individuals with complex mental health and/or substance abuse needs. Using the recovery model, along with our wellbeing sessions and signposting, we aim to prevent hospital admissions and develop a return to independence within their own homes and local community.

As Senior Support Worker, you will work alongside local management to assist with the coordination and delivery of this high-quality, person-centred support. You must be warm, motivated, and conscientious, with strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in providing care and support to people with mental health needs, and an extensive knowledge of these needs, is essential for this role. This is an ideal position for someone looking for a unique opportunity to further their career in mental health care and develop their skills and knowledge to support our tenants with enduring mental health needs and/or substance misuse.
