Creative Support is seeking a graduate or professional who is highly proactive and well-organised to support operational and administrative output. You will provide efficient support to services dedicated to supporting adults with Learning Disabilities with a range of support needs. An excellent standard of verbal and written English is essential as well as an interest in working in the not-for-profit health and social care sector. We are looking for an individual with initiative and a can-do attitude to join our expanding team, providing administrative and operational support to our services in Blackpool.

Duties Will Include (but Are Not Limited To):

  • Provide routine administrative support to our busy services
  • Conduct themed audits within services
  • Supporting with our recruitment and retention strategy
  • Assisting the management team with deployment of relief staff and monitoring agency usage against local and national KPIs
  • Undertaking monitoring and checks to ensure all commissioned hours are delivered and services are working within their budget
  • Develop and maintain accurate data relating to client provision to ensure invoicing is correct
  • Helping to set up new services
  • Assisting the management team with oversight of new starters
  • Supporting the senior management team with the oversight of voids within properties
  • Maintaining incident, Safeguarding and CQC reporting oversight and analysis
  • Supporting the setup of new student placements

An approachable and warm manner, along with excellent customer care skills is essential. The role requires an individual with excellent attention to detail as well as the ability to multi-task to complete competing deadlines. The skills to accurately input data onto databases, minute meetings and use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are necessary to succeed in this role. You will enjoy working as a team as well as using your initiative and working independently.
