We are looking for a dynamic, supportive and energetic individual who is committed to ensuring the provision of quality person-centred support and care at our service in Cookridge.
The post holder will join an established and experienced team as an Office & Compliance Coordinator. This is a varied, challenging and satisfying role which requires a pro-active office individual to support with a wide range of tasks at the service. The successful candidate will provide efficient and responsive administration and compliance oversight but also support with tasks including but not limited to:
- Leading on recruitment tasks - including arranging and conducting interviews alongside senior staff at the service
- Answering the phone and independently dealing with matters arising from calls
- Managing records such as incidents, safeguarding reports, complaints and compliments
- Reordering of office supplies and equipment
- Taking minutes of meetings both internal and external
- Ensuring documentation in the office is in date and replaced when updated
- Timesheet and payroll administration
- Managing systems for office compliance in line with Creative Support policy, local authority requirements and CQC standards
- On-call duties (as required)
- Ability to undertake service audits and follow up on actions arising
- Working on and maintaining a quality improvement plan for the service
We need a confident first point of contact for queries, either dealing with queries directly or signposting to another appropriate person in the team. It is essential that you are a good team player, keen to learn and eager to support the team with their work.
