An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our not-for-profit organisation as an Administrator. The role involves providing efficient support to services dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities, as well as older people with a range of support needs. You will work closely with the Area Manager (Tower Hamlets) and support our seven services in Tower Hamlets and Wandsworth.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client files in line with CQC standards, including creating and updating staff files and documentation.
- Assist Registered Managers with additional administration support during and prior to CQC and Local Authority inspections.
- Complete minutes at a variety of meetings (including HR investigations and disciplinary hearings).
- Provide support to managers to complete internal audits and spot checks when required.
- Assist in setting up local training facilities.
- Get involved in client activities when required.
Qualifications
- Highly proactive, well‑organised, and motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi‑task to meet competing deadlines.
- Proficient in data entry and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Friendly telephone manner with the ability to take detailed messages and signpost individuals appropriately.
