Creative Support is seeking warm and motivated individuals to work as peripatetic Support Workers across Tyneside and Durham. You will provide person-centred support to people in their own tenancies, traveling across North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Sunderland, Gateshead, Durham, Consett, and Hartlepool to assist with medication, MAR sheets, personal care and community access.
Typical duties include building trusting relationships with service users, supporting them to thrive in their own homes
