Creative Support is a national, fast-growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with diverse care needs. We are seeking warm and caring individuals to join our friendly staff team in South Shields, South Tyneside. In this role, you will support adults with learning disabilities to live full, fun, and active lives. No prior experience is required as full training is provided.

We are looking for individuals with skills in positive communication and engagement who can demonstrate unconditional positive regard for those we support. You must be able to follow agreed guidelines and work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing person-centred care and support to help clients reach personal goals
  • Assisting with personal care and medication
  • Attending appointments
  • Supporting with meal planning and preparation
  • Ensuring access to local activities and community participation, including trips out, supporting events within services, and promoting local social opportunities

A minimum of 2 years driving experience and a full UK driving licence is required.
