Creative Support is seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to manage a Recovery Service in Whalley Range, Manchester. You will lead a dedicated team, delivering person-centred care for 11 individuals with enduring mental health needs and one with a learning disability.
You will supervise, assess, plan, and record care using the ECCO system while maintaining high standards of risk management and compassionate, respectful practice. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
