Creative Support in Manchester is seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to oversee our Recovery Service in Whalley Range. You will lead a dedicated team, support independent living, and work with residents with enduring mental health needs and one with a learning disability.
Responsibilities include line-managing the team, carrying out holistic assessments, creating and updating support plans on our ECCO system, and liaising with families and health professionals.
