Full‑Time, Part‑Time Female Support Coordinator within our South Manchester mental health recovery services in Wythenshawe. Minimum of 22.5 hours per week, with flexible work pattern on a roster planned well in advance.
Responsibilities:
- Support a range of people and families with mental health needs to enjoy independence, choice, work towards recovery and improve quality of life.
- Assist with daily living, provide practical support, and develop a wide range of activities that promote well‑being.
- Focus on moving clients towards greater independence and tailor support to individual needs.
- Work flexible shifts as per the roster to meet individual needs in a personalised way.
Qualifications:
