The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.

We are looking for pleasant, reliable, flexible and hardworking individuals that take pride in their work to join our team of friendly Maintenance Operatives working mostly in the Greater Manchester and North West.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-quality maintenance service at multiple sites throughout our portfolio.
  • Be respectful of tenants and their homes.
  • Report to our Head Office in Stockport at 8.30 AM for a Maintenance Meeting every Monday morning and attend other meetings at this site.
  • Contribute to the On Call Rota – additional payments are made for on call, including generous flat rate payment and enhanced payments when called out.

Qualifications

  • Experience of plumbing either achieved by a formal qualification or by experience.
  • A full driving license is required; a vehicle will be available for work purposes.
  • Full-time position; part-time (minimum 30 hours a week plus on-call) may be considered.
