We are currently recruiting warm, flexible, and motivated individuals to work as peripatetic Support Workers across Tyneside and Durham. You will provide person-centred support to people living in bespoke developments, helping them thrive in their own tenancies. This role involves travelling across North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Sunderland, Gateshead, Durham, Consett, and Hartlepool to support individuals with medication application, MAR Sheet completion, personal care, and community access. Building and maintaining warm, trusting relationships with service users is essential.

A minimum of 12 months' experience is required, along with a strong work ethic and commitment to person-centred care. A valid driver's license is essential due to the large geographical area covered. Travel expenses from the nearest base will be negotiated.

Creative Support's Development Pathway offers a structured induction and values-led training to help staff grow from entry-level to leadership roles. It empowers career progression through tailored learning aligned with national strategies and the WE CARE framework. Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
