We are looking for a proactive, well‑organised Administrator to support operational and administrative output across our seven services dedicated to adults with learning disabilities and older people with support needs. The successful candidate will be based in Tower Hamlets or Wandsworth and will occasionally travel to other parts of London to support our services as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain client files in line with CQC standards, including creating and updating staff files and documentation.
- Assist Registered Managers with additional administration support during and prior to CQC and Local Authority inspections.
- Complete minutes at a variety of meetings, including HR investigations and disciplinary hearings.
- Provide support to managers to complete internal audits and spot checks when required.
- Assist in setting up local training facilities.
- Get involved in client activities when required.
Qualifications
- Graduate or professional who is highly proactive, well‑organised, and has an excellent standard of verbal and written English.
- Strong interest in working in the not‑for‑profit/health and social care sector.
- Warm telephone manner, ability to take detailed messages and signpost individuals to the appropriate people.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi‑task and meet competing deadlines.
- Proficient in data entry onto databases, minute taking and using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and enjoy working as part of a team.
