We are seeking resourceful Support Workers who are well motivated and are looking to join our friendly dedicated team based within our supported living service in Fazakerley. You will provide person centred care and support to adults on the autism spectrum - who may also have learning disabilities and complex needs. You will support them in all aspects of everyday life, alongside promoting and encouraging independence.
