We are seeking warm, respectful, and energetic individuals to join our Scunthorpe services as Relief Support Workers. This role involves providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, empowering them to lead fulfilling, inclusive lives while upholding their independence and rights.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team, receiving guidance during your probationary period to build essential skills. The role includes acting as a Key Worker, helping individuals achieve their aspirations.

We require candidates with at least 12 months of experience in social care, ready to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
