Our Middleton Park, Leeds service offers specialized, person-centred support for adults with Autistic Spectrum conditions, additional learning disabilities, and mental health needs. We are seeking calm, resourceful, and enthusiastic individuals who are highly motivated to join our friendly team.
In this role, you will provide person-centred care and support to tenants, enabling them to participate in all aspects of daily life and enjoy a variety of activities.
