Creative Support is looking for a warm, reliable and proactive Relief Support Worker to join our friendly and passionate staff team in Leeds. Our Hampton Crescent service contains 40 beds with some flats housing service users who require extra care.
As a support worker, you will provide quality care and demonstrate unconditional positive regard to all our service users. You will be highly motivated, hardworking and keen to support older people. You will support individuals in maintaining a healthy state of wellbeing, mentally, physically, and emotionally, empowering them to be happy, healthy, and successful in achieving their life goals.
The role involves embracing all aspects, including providing support with personal care and domestic tasks, and assisting individuals in accessing work, education, and social opportunities. You must be willing to work flexibly on a roster basis, which will include evenings. Previous experience in a care setting is required.
