We are seeking a Support Worker to join our friendly team at Courtyard Café in Horsforth, Leeds. This is a unique and rewarding role where you will support and empower people with learning disabilities to develop confidence and workplace skills in a warm, vibrant setting.

Your role will involve:

  • Providing support to people with learning disabilities to experience employment and community involvement.
  • Preparation of healthy, high-quality food and drinks.
  • Maintaining excellent standards of food hygiene and health and safety.
  • Ensuring efficient general running of the service.
  • Working alongside the wider team to offer practical and emotional support to members as required.

This is a part-time role of 7.5 hours per week, which will be worked on Saturdays between 08:30-16:30.

Creative Support's Development Pathway offers a structured induction and values-led training to help staff grow from entry-level to leadership roles. It empowers career progression through tailored learning aligned with national strategies and the WE CARE framework. Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
