Creative Support is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our learning disabilities, autism and complex needs service in Jarrow, South Tyneside. You will provide personal care, assist with activities and build trusting relationships with residents to help them enjoy their time at the service.
A UK driving licence is required and you will work to a rota that includes evenings and weekends. The role can be full-time or part-time depending on service needs.
