We are seeking warm, compassionate and proactive individuals to take a lead in providing person-centered care and support to our service users.

The Tameside Extra Care services comprise of four extra care sites across the Tameside borough and we currently have a role at our Dukinfield service. The scheme consists of a number of one bedroom and two bedroomed self-contained flats.
