We are looking to welcome a compassionate, flexible, and motivated Female Waking Night Support Worker to our Whitfield Lodge service in St Helens. The ideal candidate will be a warm, organised, caring and flexible individual and able to provide practical and emotional support to staff and service users.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering personal care and support with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
  • Assisting individuals in leading fulfilling, valued lives and actively participating in the community.
  • Supporting service users in gaining independence, confidence, and competence in daily living skills, money management, social skills, and more.
  • Working collaboratively with families and professionals to provide consistent, individual-focused care.
  • Demonstrating flexibility to meet the needs of the service.

We are looking for candidates from all walks of life. No previous care experience is needed, just a passion for providing person-centred care and support and working in a bright, friendly environment! Full training is provided by our Creative Support Training Academy, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
