Role description

Creative Support is welcoming proactive, warm-hearted individuals to join our dynamic team in St Helens as Support Workers. Whether you’re assisting with domestic tasks like cooking and housework, or providing thoughtful personal care, every moment you invest will contribute to making life brighter and more meaningful for someone else.

Responsibilities

  • Foster independence and promote fulfilling lives for individuals supported, helping them to thrive, grow and connect with the local community.
  • Build trusting relationships and provide personalised care to empower individuals to live confidently.
  • Assist with domestic tasks such as cooking and housework, and provide personal care when needed.
  • Work as part of a team and also take initiative to deliver care with compassion and creativity.
  • Follow a rota that includes evenings and weekends to ensure the best support at all times.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role is not required; dedication to making a difference, passion, positivity and the right values are valued.
