Role description
Creative Support is welcoming proactive, warm-hearted individuals to join our dynamic team in St Helens as Support Workers. Responsibilities
- Foster independence and promote fulfilling lives for individuals supported, helping them to thrive, grow and connect with the local community.
- Build trusting relationships and provide personalised care to empower individuals to live confidently.
- Assist with domestic tasks such as cooking and housework, and provide personal care when needed.
- Work as part of a team and also take initiative to deliver care with compassion and creativity.
- Follow a rota that includes evenings and weekends to ensure the best support at all times.
