We are seeking relief staff for our new Tameside Extra Care Service in Hattersley – a modern, 91-apartment complex providing independent living support for older adults with extra care needs.

We\’re looking to expand our friendly and experienced team with dedicated, warm and hardworking individuals. You will work in collaboration with colleagues and tenants to deliver personal and housing-related support to those we care for whilst maintaining the independence and dignity of the people we support.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support clients emotionally and practically, meeting their daily living needs to include personal care, household tasks, administering medication, encouraging healthy living and community engagement
  • Foster a focus on independence and dignity for tenants, promoting inclusion in the local community.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of twelve months\’ previous employed experience in a similar role is essential.
