At our Extra Care service in Orpington we provide high‑quality care and support to older residents, encouraging them to lead fulfilling and enriched lives. Extra Care housing helps older individuals live as independently as possible in a friendly, inclusive and safe environment while receiving the care and support they need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide respectful personal care and administer medication.
  • Encourage residents to engage in various social activities within and outside the home.
  • Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users, enabling them to fully enjoy their time at the service.
  • Engage positively with service users and their families, building trusting relationships.
